Shaun is an expert in architecture and construction with a deep-rooted passion for his work. He brings extensive knowledge in design, material research, and project development. Shaun specializes in multi-family and mixed-use structures and has experience designing and managing the construction of various building types, including single-family homes, large-scale residential, and mixed-use apartment buildings. As an intermediate architect, he worked on the G8 project at Eighth and Grand mixed-use apartment buildings, one of the most significant projects in downtown Los Angeles with 700 units and retails. Shaun has been practicing architecture for over ten years and completed the Architectural Experience Practice (AXP) through NCARB, accumulating over 4500 hours of experience. He continues his journey towards licensure as an Associate member of The American Institute of Architects.
